I looked for a group to help my department work on our teambuilding skills. Adventure Alliance provided many great activities that we were involved in to help us think and grow as a team. Additionally, they had a great recommendation for a location for us to do teambuilding skills in the morning and then relax in the afternoon playing volleyball, kayaking, wall climbing, etc.
I received many compliments from the employees about how awesome this event was and that they want to do it again.

Our group has had the opportunity to partner with Adventure Alliance for two summers in a row. Both events have been nothing short of PERFECT!
We simply call, tell them we need a team building event, how many people, and when we would like to have it. They basically take care of everything from there; the location, the activites, the food, even the release forms and detailed instructions on what to wear/expect.
After working with them just the first time, it was obvious to me that they truly care about giving you a seamless and stress-free experience, coupled with great ideas and a fully trained and enthusiastic staff that, at the end of the day, knows why your group is there-to build a stronger team.
I plan on using them for many years to come and would recommend this group to anyone. Way to go AA!

Dear John:
On behalf of the entire group, I would like to thank you, Lorenza and Robert for a wonderful team outing. This was the first of its kind since our inception in 1990, and I am sure it will now be a tradition.
Our group of fairly-fit, very logical-thinking engineers was extremely reluctant and hesitant when presented with the idea of a ropes course outing. Now they won’t stop talking about it and what a great time they had. Your hospitality paired with Lorenza and Robert’s skill handling and leadership, made for a great weekend.
I would highly recommend both the location and your facilitators to any company looking for a fun learning and bonding opportunity. Everyone, no matter skill of fear level, had a role and felt a part of the activities.

Dear John:
While last week’s Leadership Development Program is still fresh on my mind, I want to drop you a quick note to say thank you. Beginning with our initial contact with you organization, you and your staff showed an amazing determination to meet the team building needs of our executive staff. When we discovered, late in the planning process, that we could not get Dragon Boats at the local level, you went above and beyond the call of duty and found a company that could build the boats and get them delivered in time for our event. We had all but given up on the idea that we could have Dragon Boat Races and Adventure Alliance found a way to make it happen. You even went so far as to get special training for your staff in order to safely and effectively handle this event. By the time our program was concluded, there was no doubt that we were working with a first class, professional group of individuals.
As I mentioned to you earlier, our attendees were all high- level executives. They have seen and done it all. To find an activity that would be a unique experience as well as enjoyable, challenging and team building, was no easy task. Dragon Boat Racing met all of those requirements and our people will be talking about this for quite a while. In the words of our CEO,…..”I consider (this) the best conference of its type to date.”

To Whom It May Concern:
As part of an 18-month Executive Leadership Development and Team Building Program here at Bell Helicopter Textron, we wanted to include a “Walk the Talk” day of ROPES team building for our Senior Staff Leadership Team.
An executive coach who had participated in a similar event with a Senior Team from Dell Computers recommended John Logan and Lorenza Phillips of Adventure Alliance to us as a resource. We worked with John and Lorenza and developed a customized agenda for our team, and held the session locally in our area. Lorenza worked with our executive coach and the event was a resounding success.

Dear John,
Thanks so much to your and your team for the outstanding scavenger hunt and team building event you put on in Dallas for us this October! Then entire event went off without a single hitch and all had a wonderful time.
We had participants in town from 13 southern region states for our first ever face-to-face meeting, so there were many who didn’t know one another. We felt a team building was certainly in order to allow folks to form bonds and have some fun outside the work meeting and preceding some brainstorming sessions we had planned the next day. We wanted it to be fun, but competitive and to give people a taste of Texas, and particularly Dallas.
Your team met the challenge on all accounts. From the moment they arrived to pick us up in the chauffer vans, they were rallying everyone together to form individual teams. The competition was fierce, and the facilitators you sent made sure that everyone worked together to achieve the goals. It was an exciting afternoon and everyone had a wonderful time. The coup de tat was the digital cameras and the photo albums we all had to take home as a memento of our terrific day together. It was a great slide show to cap off the day and relive the adventure.
I highly recommend your organization to anyone looking to build of strengthen the bonds of a team and accomplishing it in a fun and exciting way. Thank you again for an awesome day!

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you, Brandon and the rest of your facilitators for all of their hard work and load of fun activities that we participated in on Friday May 19, 2008. What a great company. I contact John about what I thought was going to be a last minute company picnic and he planned everything from start to finish. Our employees had a great time at the event and everything went seamlessly. During our initial meeting at the prospective facility John was so helpful with all kinds of activity ideas and add ons that I wish I had an unlimited budget. They did everything from find a location, planning the activities, designing and printing t-shirts to catering and entertaining our employees.
Everyone at the event was very impressed with the quality of the food and the activities and appreciated that the people working the event were knowledgeable and helpful. They did not hire a group of teens that could care less about customer service.
I will definitely utilize Adventure Alliance again and recommend them to anyone who is planning and employee function.
