A low ropes team building course is typically a series of challenges involving constructed “elements” made of lumber, cables, ropes and other materials all connected throughout trees or poles.
the high ropes course will increase your heart rate and challenge you physically and emotionally. The elements take place 25 feet to 50 feet off the ground and involve ropes, helmets and harnesses and your team/group holding your rope, a belay, similar to rock climbing.

Disc golf is a lot like traditional "ball" golf , but instead of using clubs and golf balls, the player throws specially made plastic flying discs (frisbees) from a tee pad to a above-ground basket on a pole instead of a hole in the ground.
