Bartender to serve beer and wine is $50.00 outside caterers for food and beverage. Service is permitted; Keg beer is not permitted onboard, cans and bottles only.

The Motor Yacht LEGACY will hold a tentative reservation for one week without a reservation security cleaning deposit. A deposit of $500.00 and a signed charter agreement is required to confirm a charter reservation. A credit card or check payable to Motor Yacht Legacy Charters may be used for the reservation security cleaning deposit. The $500.00 reservation security cleaning deposit may be applied to the balance of the Motor Yacht LEGACY cruise statement if the yacht is not left in appropriate condition. The reservation security cleaning deposit will be added to the balance in addition to charter payment if there are damages for cleaning or replacing carpet, tables, chairs, windows, stereo, CD player, or any ship board equipment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Up to 30 days prior to your cruise date the reservation security cleaning deposit will be refunded if you choose to cancel your cruise reservation. Once within the 30 day window prior to your cruise date that date is consider sold. The Captain will determine a dockside function if weather or mechanical problem exits that prohibits departure. We do not cancel for rain. BOARDING

Caterers may load in 90 min. prior to scheduled departure. Passengers may board 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. A passenger manifest must be signed as passengers are boarding

ALL PASSENGERS MUST BE ON TIME TO STAY ON SCHEDULE. Please advise all guests as to the yacht location, boarding time and departure time.

Onboard lunch and dinner buffet service may be provided upon request. We offer a Texas menu that is perfect with the lake and hill country as the backdrop. We have a 30 person minimum order and can provide wine, beer, sodas and bottled water on a consumption basis.
