High Ropes: the high ropes course will increase your heart rate and challenge you physically and emotionally. The elements take place 25 to 50 feet off the ground and involve ropes, helmets and harnesses and your team/group holding your rope, a belay, similar to rock climbing.
High Course Elements tend to focus on confronting one's fears, emotional self-management, self-confidence, risk-taking and trust in others. High course elements consist of an individual or a pair of individuals climbing a pole or tower and traversing a wire, rope, or log then negotiate a crossing challenge or assisting each other to achieve the challenge. Examples of some high course elements: Cat Walk, Two-line Bridge, Power Pole, Hour Glass, Climbing Wall and Zip-line. The High Course is an outstanding addition to your team/group development day.
